Integrity Environmental Consultants, Inc. was founded in the spring of 1991 and incorporated in the fall of 1996. Our primary focus has been to provide quality environmental consulting services that includes performing asbestos, lead, and microbial surveys, generating abatement/remediation work plans, designing industrial hygiene and other health and safety plans, and providing health and safety trainings that are effective, alleviate our client’s environmental, health and safety concerns, and cost-effective. Integrity Environmental is fully engaged in all aspects of our every project, ensuring that the project needs are thoroughly addressed in every step of the way and ensuring that every detail of the project meets and exceeds our expectations.

Integrity Environmental has inspected commercial and public buildings, industrial facilities, military installations, public and private schools, libraries, museums, and hospitals for the presence of asbestos-containing material, lead-based paint, microbial growth, indoor air quality concerns and science safety inspections. Integrity Environmental has provided industrial hygiene services to City of Los Angeles, City of Huntington Beach, Los Angeles Unified School District, and Long Beach Unified School District (to name a few) on numerous projects. We have successfully completed surveys totaling over a million square feet, including the collection of thousands of samples. In addition, we have performed hazardous material abatement monitoring for hundreds of projects, including observation of abatement activities, air monitoring for the duration of the project, preparation of reports, work plans, project specifications, operations and maintenance plans, and compilation of closeout documents. Integrity Environmental has also performed risk assessments for asbestos, lead, and other hazardous materials. Our certified industrial hygienist has prepared health and safety plans for the management or removal of hazardous materials for several major projects.

Massoud Rahdari, Principal of Integrity Environmental, has over 30 years of experience in construction and environmental engineering. His experience has included abatement/remediation project design and management; asbestos, lead-based paint, and microbial sampling and testing; performing risk assessments and building inspections for hazardous materials; oversight of asbestos and lead-based paint abatement operations; preparation of operations and maintenance plans, bid packages, work plans, building surveys; field inspections and quality control; environmental Phase I and Phase II environmental site assessments.
