Integrity Environmental completed a major overhaul of the client Asbestos Management Plan for 72 schools. Integrity Environmental upgraded the client’s Asbestos Management Plans utilizing the Asbestos Hazard Emergency Response Act (AHERA) of 1986 guidelines. Integrity Environmental developed the most up to date information for the management plans to assist the client with conducting trainings, inspections, asbestos sampling related to suspect or confirmed asbestosin buildings, andannual notifications to parents, teachers, and employee organizations regarding asbestos-relatedactivities at each school site. The goal of the plan overhaul was to assist that each school understand the federal, state, and local asbestos regulations so that there will be no uncontrolled releases of asbestos fibers in the school which could pose a health threat to children and school workers. Integrity provided management plans and supporting data for each school site in print and electronic formats.
